I come to this work from a clinical NHS background as an Anaesthesia Associate — years spent caring for people at their most vulnerable, where the details genuinely matter. I bring that same clinical rigour, and the same calm, to the work I do now: helping you get your sleep, your energy and your health back.
I'm a qualified sleep consultant and a Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) practitioner, working right at the point where physical health and the subconscious mind meet — because a habit that won't budge is rarely about willpower. It's about what's running underneath it.
My approach isn't rigid rules or white-knuckling your way through. It's understanding what's really going on for you, then using Rapid Transformational Therapy to change it at the root — quickly, and for good.
