The retreat package includes:

We keep our retreats intimate to ensure a transformative experience. There will be no more than 20-22 attendees. The exact number may vary, but spaces are limited.

You'll stay in private, comfortable cabins called Koyts. Each Koyt has its own log burner for a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. Please note there is no wi fi available in the Koyts.

We recommend comfortable clothing for yoga and outdoor activities, swimwear for wild bathing and open water swimming, and warm layers for evenings. A more detailed packing list will be provided after booking.

RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Hypnotherapy is a powerful method that helps uncover and release deep-seated subconscious blocks, facilitating personal transformation.

RTT® sessions use hypnotherapy as one of the tools to reveal the outdated negative beliefs you gained in earlier life events which affect how life plays out for you now. The reason hypnotherapy is used is because it allows us to quieten the conscious mind and gain access to the subconscious. The subconscious mind affects everything we think, say and do. It affects every moment of our lives. So if you have unwanted thoughts, feelings and behaviours then these will be rooted in the subconscious from past life events. RTT® processes, heals, and rewires those outdated beliefs and patterns to positive, powerful and transformational ones.

While talking therapy has its merits, RTT is different in that it saves hours, even years of talk therapy spent searching for the source of the issue. Hypnosis and RTT allows direct access to the root, cause and reason of the issue. When you're able to observe yourself and reach a new level of understanding about yourself, you can let the beliefs go and progress onto rewiring new transformational ones so you can move forward.

Every person is different. There are three types of change from RTT

1. Immediate: You experience a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours.
2. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time.
3. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all of the things that are different in your life.

Or you might experience a combination of all three.

The time you dedicate to yourself will be something you prioritise if it is important to you. However the great thing with RTT is that it is “Rapid”. You will of course need to be committed to show up for the RTT session at the retreat and commit to listening to your audio after the session and when you return home for 21 days to rewire the subconscious beliefs. The audios are usually around 15 mins, that is 15 mins a day to give to yourself. This is a tiny part of your day for huge transformations in the long term!

RTT and Human Design gives you powerful breakthroughs and can create BIG shifts in your life quickly. After seeing the incredible, rapid shifts RTT brings, many clients choose to work on other areas of their life and receive Human Design coaching to integrate new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours. Often when we become more aware of our belief systems it’s normal to discover other areas in your life you might want to work on and heal. You can book a 1:1 RTT or HD session with me at the end of the retreat for a discounted price which is to be confirmed.

While we encourage participation to get the most out of your retreat experience, all activities are optional. You're welcome to tailor your experience to your comfort level.
